On my book The Common Sense of Flying I talk about this subject. I actually have as story about a mother asking for baby formula, and she actually got very upset when she found out we did not have any. On my flight yesterday from Mexico City, as we were talking in the back galley, this lady came to the back and asked us for a pamper for her baby. Yes, she did. Pamper? What are we, Walmart? We looked at each other with thisbelief but I heard this before. I was surprised, but not shocked. This is one of the many things people do or say on an airplane when they travel. The funny thing is that after we told her we didn't have any, she could not believe we did not offer pamper service to babies on the flight. Be prepare. Bring your own supply. Make sure you have enough baby formula, milk, and pampers.
